What is your lead time?
It depends on product models and order quantity. For our standard models, the normal lead time is about 7-10 days.
How long is the warranty period?
The warranty lasts for 1 year. If any damage occurs within the warranty period, we will supply spare parts free of charge, and our professional after-sales team will guide you through replacement.
Do you test the ice maker before shipment from the factory?
Yes. We conduct two rounds of testing before packing and shipment. Test videos will also be sent to you.
